"Same breakfast both days. Hotel is dated, but rooms were fairly clean. Attached to the mall which is convenient. Water park not open. Fitness room is very minimal for size of the hotel."

"Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted regarding compensation for the inconvenience. Never heard a word and upon follow up told sorry we aren’t the manager. Were in room 109 and the door needed to be body checked to close. Richard we met the first day, he was extremely helpful and catering. He told us he was just temporary helping out from Arizona. "

"Rooms were missing furniture and missing tv remote , garbage can, ice bucket and towels. The spell of POT was always in the hallways."

"There was mud down the hallway and no soap in the shower dispenser but there were two used bars of soap still in the soap dish in the shower"

"This is a hotel to stay away from! My husband and I had this hotel booked for months. When we arrived, the door was locked and nobody was answering the phone. We called the customer service phone number and found out the hotel is currently closed. We had to scramble to find another hotel. "
