"Lady at the reception was running a scam or just had no idea what she is doing there. On arrival been repeatedly told to pay for the room, even though room has been booked and paid for in advance. After long and painfull conversation all of the sudden the booking apeared out of nowhere. Room had papper thin walls where you can hear people whispering. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!"

"Overall hotel and staff 5 stars ,swimming pool floor around swimming pool and jacuzzi was so slippery that I saw number of people falling down do to slippery tiles unacceptable for that reason I would not recommend it !!!"

"The apartment was part of a large apartment block that was very modern, clean and quiet. Large car park for those needing it. 10- 15 minute walk to the main train station to get you back to Krakow main station in just over an hour. 20-25 minutes walk the other way to Energylandia. Lots of small supermarkets nearby, handful of restaurants. The apartment itself had basic but modern facilities for cooking - 2 induction hobs, a small microwave with grill facility, fridge with freezer compartment, basic utensils, washing up liquid and a cloth- no tea towel or dustpan and brush. The bathroom was lovely - shower, sink and toilet with space and a heated towel rail. In kitchen diner area there was an air con machine which was easy to work and needed as it was stuffy with no windows. The large bedrooms both opened to a balcony so lots of air to come through. The balcony had table and chairs which was nice. Lift if needed and large stairs at either end of the apartment block. Didn’t use but also had a breakfast room and a bar. "

"Western Camp is amazing and I would definitely go back. I was impressed by how well-kept the property is. Everything was very clean and organized. We chose a tipi because my little one wanted to "camp," and I was honestly worried about my choice. But the tent is super comfortable. It has air conditioning, which is great. Everything is clean, with quality bedding. The shared bathrooms are also always very clean and close to the tents. There were three of us, and I think four would have been a bit cramped. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I think that, since it's a property geared towards families and children, it could have had a playground with more options and a children's pool for younger children (there are two pools and a jacuzzi, but not suitable for toddlers). I was surprised by the availability of pool towels; I didn't expect one given the type of accommodation. Every night there was an outdoor movie and some children's attractions (face painting, balloons, etc.). Regarding breakfast, I read some less than positive reviews and I disagree. I think it offers a good variety considering the type of accommodation and location. The restaurants are okay. The food is average, not much choice (especially for vegetarians), but it's not bad, and it's not great either. I found it a bit pricey for what it is. Great point: the regular transfer to Energyland. I recommend it and will be back for sure. "
