"From the quick and friendly check-in ( which included free cocktails) to the beautiful room and grounds (pool is awesome!), this hotel was fantastic in every way, including a phenomenal location, a 3-minute walk to the Old City and the port, which was humming w action and so much to do! THEODORA ( sp?) was particularly helpful, and we even got a late check-out as soon as we asked; all in all, a fantastic stay; highly recommended!"

"The hotel catered for what you want. We came here thinking it was 5 star all inclusive but in fact it was more like a 4 star. You need to upgrade to get the branded alcohol, or water in bottles. Itโ€™s definitely geared towards alcohol. The food is good. There isnโ€™t much to eat throughout the day in terms of snacks. Ice cream in tubs and homemade sandwiches. The pool is lovely and the views are fab. The vibe is nice. Hospitality is lovely and people enjoy themselves. The pool is the best part for me. Mr Marx at customer relations is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and very personal. He takes an interest in you and remembers things youโ€™ve spoken about and is really informative. All hotels should have someone like him. And he speaks 7 languages!!"
