"I’ve stayed here twice. First time was a very last minute unplanned booking, as a solo female. Absolutely incredible customer service, and the second time was also an unplanned stay but with a friend. The balconies weren’t open just yet after renovations, the manager on duty called me and wanted to be sure I was aware and gave me the option to change/cancel my booking if that happened to be a deal breaker for that night. We stayed with our choice and the stay was absolutely perfect just the same as the last time, even with the lack of balcony experience! Very safe and welcoming place, absolutely will be back again!"
