Hotel is ageing but decent for the price paid. Pool facilities are good and basic fitness room. Check in and staff we encountered were great. However, cleanliness could be improved, and the road noise is very high. Maintenance was also being conducted at 2-3am outside our room, I guess this must’ve been unavoidable but also hindered the quality of sleep.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms

It was a super nice hotel with great service and lovely staff, I already miss this place. We got a big and lovely room with an amazing view. The pool is very nice and room service is good and fast. It is visible that it is a bit old because of some leaking and the plug to the bath tub didn’t properly work. All in all we enjoyed the stay so much that we booked one more night before leaving. City is also very nice.

Everything makes me happy, especially well-ironed, high-quality pillow covers and sheets. Even without air conditioning, the room stays cool. Highly recommend it to others!

Good Location and pleasant stay

The reception staff greeted me with a warm smile and were very helpful with any requests I had. The hotel is conveniently located near Jonker Street. However, some of the hotel facilities, such as the lift and the gym on level 1, appear to be quite old.

Great and enjoyable atay!

The room was large and bed was comfortable. The staff from the reception even rang us up in our room to check if the room was fine. They also told us to inform them if anything wlse was needed.

The hotel is conveniently located near to eateries and places of interest. Walkable for those who are used to outdoors. Otherwise, Jonker Walk and other historical places are located within 3 km radius. The only gripe is that the sound proofing is poor. Noise along the corridor and next room is clearly audible. Hopefully the management will look into this issue.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff

Friendly staffs. Especially reception and housekeeping. Hotel room was big and spacious. Clean pillows and bed linens. Bed was a little too soft and creaky for my liking. Good water pressure with warm water for showing. WiFi working well. Hotel is a little old and dated and in need of some maintenance but otherwise we had a comfortable stay and it was value for money.

Stayed in 2 of their family suites, and thought that they will be connected. In actual fact one suite has 2 bedrooms with connecting toilet. And each level has only one family suite, located so near to the lift that if you are a light sleeper you may not have your quality sleep. Though the rooms are not new, they are spacious enough, which is one of the reason for choosing this hotel. A distance away from Jonker Street, compared to a newer hotel down the road. Traffic a bit busy at times but still able to across without pedestrian crossing nearby. Finding food is not a issue here.

Room corridors too dark for family with children. Room have little lights. Curtains not clean. Grout on tiles not clean. Our room was next to lift, we can hear the lift going up & down. Carpark limited. Lvl 3 carpark only have 1 lift. Lobby single sofas is smelly & unkept. Staffs missing during breakfast at 0930 am. No one check us in during that time. Staff left the egg station, a guest was still keen for egg dish. Chef went out & took food when guest is still around. So unprofessional.
