Comfortable Accomodation

Hotel stay is well located within lots of good restaurants, and very close to main shopping centres. Lots of massage parlours along the stretch of road that makes it very accessible for tourists.

We arrived late around 7.45pm due to traffic jam but there was no one to let us in, the kind chap from the restaurant downstairs contacted the owner and let us in. The water heater was not working, we showered with cold water🙄 We couldn't boil water to make a coffee because the power points at the sink counter were not working😔 The only thing good was the location. Please upgrade your amenities.

Frightening experience.

Please beware. As I knew I would arrive late due to heavy jam. Called the hotel number at 8pm. No response. Called hotel.com to assist , similarly no response from hotel. Arrived late and no reception staff. No contact number left on entrance. No way to check in.. only very fortunate that a guy passed by who knows staff contact . Despite the Staff came immediately and are very friendly and helpful , but it is not acceptable that the owner of the hotel does not provide any staff in hotel not even leave any contact on the door for the guests. Noticed the guests were seen stranded outside and desperate in similar situation. Hotel.com please check it out personally.

Good location and nice design. But very limited amenities, no coffee/tea, only 1 towel, 2 glasses. Not worth for the money for a family room.

i paid for myr 219 per night for tripple executive room , but there is no soap , no shampoo , no water boiler. only 1 towel for 3 person use ? . im very dissapointed for this . the location very strategic near to dataran pahlawan , . room is nice.

Good location.

The hotel is located at good area where tour bus drop off pick up point / nice thai massage parlor / shopping mall / attractions / Jonker Walk are just 5 - 10 mins away. The 1 star that I retain is due to room is not sound proof / no wifi signal in my room / there are no staff at the lobby after night hours.
