I have to wait about 45 min to get the room key. I book the room by online. The staff work to slow and make me to wait 45 min to checkin.

Very bad service
We didn't check-in due to lousy customer service whren entered the hotwl and asked about the parking... the receiptionist did not attend to our query... pretending busy with her pc... after we asjed for third time only she answered with a very rude manners... moreover the hotel seen so small... Nobody pick up our called wheb we want to inform on the cancellation.

I investigated and she replied that she was checking for your reservation on the PC. she claimed that yiu did not like the carpark and had told her that you did not want to check in. I am sorry that she gave you the impression that she was rude. she was engrossed in searching for your reservation.

Not bad for the price you pay
The hotel is walking distance to the city and centre of attraction, ie the shore, a famosa. There are a few nearby restaurants as well. The room itself is still ok, just that there are some smell when we enter the room. For the pice that you are paying, i think it still ok.

Don't be held hostage in a foreign land
My email to Hotel.com: I am not please with your refund. I will tell you why: I book for 1 night becose I wanted good rest for my family and I as I had planned to drive 250+km to malacca. The room I booked was promised 3 beds. Instead, I was held hostage by your unscrupulous hotel to settle for a much lower room at the same high rate after a long tiring drive. How do I find an alternative hotel at 6pm on a SATURDAY? So I had to agree to the low, dirty room, but that was after calling Hotel.com. They didn't even want to give me a room initially. This hotel wannabe is not worth a star. (What had you guys done to confirm my room in the 1st place?) I didn't get much sleep, because I gave most of the only bed space to my wife and 2 yr old baby. Next day, I had to drive 250+ km back to Singapore after I complete the purpose of needing to be there with my family - which is prayer rites to my deceased relative. Now, I didn't get rest I needed and drove for long hours after that, spent the money for nothing, wasted my time there as I could have been better off in Singapore, and my family had a very stressful night stay. And oh yah, one last thing, the receptionist keep talking about Agoda.com, and stressed the rooms they had reserved for 2 Agoda bookings coming later than me that evening. You seem nobody to a 3rd rate hotel wannabe. P.S. please keep your voucher, you can use it on low-class hotel that thinks you are 3rd-rated booking app. I'll take stress-free stay any day.

Sorry, there was some technical problems with the booking system, and we could not find the reservation on our reservation list. in spit of this, the staff work hard to find the guest a room. I understand the frustrationthat it is not the room that he wanted, but they tried their very best to accommodate the guest already.

I'm already confirm the booking..The payment also deducted from my account.When I'm reach at the hotel, the rude staff (SAM) said without apologize full house.No room available and never give any solution or replacement..I'm reach at around 12:30 am, can you imagine where can I find the another hotel?? All nearest hotel full house.I have no choice and I had to go back at that night.I reach at my house around 6 am.This is my first time bad experience with hotel ever.

I am sorry that you were not able to check in. Our hotel rooms are released at midnight for resale. I have informed Expedia to give you a full refund already. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The gentleman and the lady at the reception were very helpful . The rooms need a good clean up and the beddings need to be replaced. Very, very noisy. We hardly slept. Will not be staying here again and will not recommend to anybody

I believe that you did not prepaid your room. We release all rooms for resale in the evening. This is because guests who do not prepaid usually don't turn up.

Booked 2 rooms through Expedia. On arrival was told hotel fully booked. Staff was rude saying they had the right to refuse. I had to cancel my holidays with family since it was too late and expensive to book other hotels. Expedia should blacklist this hotel

We provide continental breakfast. You can help yourself to as many toast or bread or biscuits as you wish. We have rearranged the breakfast facility on the ground floor, for staff to monitor it. Nevertheless, thank you for your comments.

寝るだけだったので、安く抑えられた点は良かった。しかし、朝ごはんが用意されていなかったり、予約番号がなくてチェックインに手間取ったりトラブルはあった。スタッフがやたら笑顔。

Penginapan yang Paling teruk. Bilik kotor... Toilet kotor... Sarapan hanya roti sahaja. Staf hotel tak mesra pelanggan.

Sorry for the wrong impression created! The staff were extremely busy that day, They were not unfriendly. As for breakfast, we did mention that it is continental. Hope this clarifies!
