Stayed for a night here. Receptionist was very professions. Room was sufficient for the stay. not much complaints other than the non working TV channels and wifi. However, staff does not seem to be sure on the "newly imposed" tourism tax imposed by the government. I only realized i paid for it twice after i checked the invoice - once in expedia, and once by cash at check in.

The room is spacious , air con is strong enough and comfortable. The disadvantage of this hotel is the room facing the front door of hotel is disturb by the noisy sound of the midnight car / motorcycle racing. You are unable to sleep or Wii be wake up by the noisy sound, this is terrible, end up you can't have a good rest.

This is my second time stay here. My children enjoyed the bath tub, comfortable, clean, and relaxed. Only the parking need coupon other else is good.

Close to many attractions in Melaka, Jonker is very near so as malls and many restaurants. Although located near such places the hotel itself is nicely tucked away from the noisy traffic so we had a good rest.

I like the location, easy excess to shopping, food and jonker walk. I am return customer for this hotel, notice the service for this hotel has drop, we booked a room and paid for 3 adults including breakfast but the toiletries given only for 2 person and they still want to charge me for the 3rd person breakfast.
