"We checked in SUPER LATE hit lots of traffic and still let us in and greeted us like we were right on time. Room was big and clean, shower was big but needed a different curtain. Will for sure stay again "

"They need to be a little more organized in customer attentiveness. It took me a minute, 15 to be exact to get new towels for the room. And when we used the pool I asked for towels and was told the would bring them in 5 minutes but never came."

"We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery. It was the longest i waited to get checked in and like i said i never had any problems before. He finally gave me a room key but never put the room number on it so i waited patiently after 1 customer. I felt like i was going to pass out. When he finally gave my room number i was on my way with NO apology. Really bad customer service. I do not ever complain but this one i had to."

"This hotel was fabulous, especially for the price. I travel extensively and usually stay in high-end hotels so I was a bit nervous with the price tag, especially. The hotel was immaculate and you can tell they take right great pride in everything that they do. The breakfast was excellent and the woman servicing. The breakfast area was just so enjoyable such a kind woman. The bathroom was enormous lots of space everywhere.. if I am the area I will definitely be back. The only thing I would change is that the bedframe is metal and it has a weird sound, but the bed was super super comfortable. I am in the area. I will 100% be back!"
