"It looks like the room has been renovated recently as it has vinyl plank floor and not carpet. The bed and pillows are very comfy. Even though the property is by the highway and train tracks we didn't hear the noise. I would stay here again. Great price for the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
"Super helpful staff! Very accommodating with our late arrival, and even gave us a room upgrade. Cute rooms with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. Hot tub was perfect. Cruiser bikes to borrow are excellent for getting downtown. The cafe at the hotel was adorable and looked like they served some great drinks and snacks."
"Parking was easy - we were able to park right outside our window although our door was inside a corridor. No problems with the parking lot. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Denny's Restaurant attached which was short-staffed but food was great and staff was wonderful."
"This hotel is super neat. One of the more interesting ones I have been to. The lake is gorgeous, the ghost town is fascinating, the food was excellent, and the little gift shop was perfect. I didn’t use the games room or the study, but both looked like they were well used and well stocked! Highly recommend if you are passing through and need an overnight stay"
"It was our first time in a hotel with our family of 5 and overall a great experience, the pool and breakfast were awesome! Staff were great as well. I think some things need to be updated but otherwise a great stay!"
"The refrigerator was noisy in the room. We unplugged the fridge at night. The breakfast was better than we expected. It was a good stay there over all."
"We stayed here for one night. Slightly on the expensive side (but Revelstoke is always during summer). Clean, great hotel. They have this fancy, check in and check out through app feature which complements the normal physical check in and check out. Breakfast is frugal and I would skip but it was included in our room price. Enjoyed our stay here."
