"Im a bit dissapointed when i first arrived to check in. The receptionist told me that my booking was unknown so the room is full already. They said the hotel dont have a cooperation with hotel.com so they dont know whether my booking/my payment is valid or not. After long argues,i finally got a room..but it is lower standard than what i booked. I booked superior room in a high floor but i get an old standard cottage in the bottom areas.so inconvenient. Im not sure whether their claim is true or...
