The staff and cleaners all made us feel welcome upon arrival and made sure we felt comfortable and that we were free to ask for anything we needed at any time throughout our stay. "Nice resort on Malapascua. I had a room without an aircon, wasn't too bad if you open the window. Wi-fi was decent. Bathroom was pretty basic. It's centrally located so not a long walk to get to all areas of the island. I'd stay here again if other options aren't available."

Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. "

"Arrived at hotel only to be informed that room was not available and yes it take 6-7 hrs to transit from Cebu and I was really tired already.
