"The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. Warning though, the parking space is very dificult to maneuver into, my Toyota Corolla barely made it, by backing in through the entrance, anything bigger you will struggle. Double warning, the apartment is up a very steep and long road, even 30 plus's were struggling, and there are no taxis. After our first trek up the hill we always took the car into the centre car parks, but there isn't always a space (hence my £70 parking...

The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."
