"The Hotel was absolutely lovely. The staff, food. Cleanliness, pool. Nicely located, although we did have a car, we could also walk to Portese. Would recommend and would return again."

"We stayed in the main hotel building on the 2nd floor. The room and en suite were dated but it was clean. The bed was comfy. Good food at breakfast which is replenished frequently. Plenty of swimming pool options with a new splash pad and slides for children. No issue getting a sun bed as well. They had entertainment on some evenings and they run a short taxi service to the edge of town for โฌ2pp. Plenty of parking either in the garage or in the car park on the other side of the road. All in all a pleasant stay!"

"The rooms were very good and staff helpful. The restaurants could be slow at times to bring drinks etc. swimming pool could do with better cleaning at busy times. In general a very good hotel with great location and good facilities."

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely canโt do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. Itโs also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."

"Good value, dated bedding but clean and large rooms. Food average but drinks all self service and good selection. Shuttle bus very good, if too busy to fit everyone on they came straight back for us"
