"The hotel was not kept looking nice, very dinged up with peeling paint, bumpy carpet, and loose screws in locks. Looks like theyve tried to update and looks great in pictures. Staff wasnt rude but wasnt friendly either. "

"Very trendy hotel, but lacks amenities. Gym could only fit 5-6 people max and for a hotel this size, not great. Towels were very worn and thin. Bar staff service was not amazing, we order 2 $20 cocktails and 1 wasn’t the right cocktail / taste. We politely asked the server and she didn’t do anything about it. "

"The room was half cleaned. There was a roach on the microwave and when i let gromt desk staff know thdy only offered snacks from the snack room. My friend asked for extra blankets and they were not provided the cleaning ladu didn't know rnglish which is ridiculous."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned. When asked housekeeping about cleaning our room we were told that as it was after 3 they will do a light clean up. The worst was that they did not replace our dirty coffee cups. This is very disappointing! Never expected this out of Nobu. I have never had to reuse my coffee cups at any other hotel. "
