"This is a new property, very well designed and maintained. Breakfast is excellent, plenty of variety and is till 10 AM. Gym is well stocked and is on the 5th floor. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the WRO airport and I believe is the nearest. There is free internet. It is slow connectivity in the room( I stayed on the 4th floor ) The internet is better in the lobby. They have a restaurant which serves till 10 PM. 2/10 Terrible

"We got there around 6pm ( check in is at 4pm ) but we still had to wait for the room due to "having a big party" checking out. The front desk person had an attitude during the entire check in process. We got the room at the highest floor.... great. Few huge luggage bags etc and the elevator is out of order... of course the front desk didn’t really care about the issue. The beds are not comfortable at all. Breakfast next day was ok but the overall stay at this hotel definitely not good overall. We travel quite a bit and this place has a lot to learn. Wouldn't stay again if it was free."

"The room was extremely small. The sink was in the room, and so was the shower, which felt uncomfortable and impractical. On the positive side, the room was very clean and warm. Breakfast was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. It resembled hospital food and was a total waste of money. Definitely not worth paying for. Coffee and tea were available for free downstairs, but not in the room. Overall, cleanliness was good, but the room layout and breakfast were very disappointing."

"Excellent attentive service from a top class receptionist. The hotel is full of character with nice gardens. Food was good. Rooms comfortable despite a creaky bed. Corridors were a little chilly but then I would expect that in an historic building. Overall a great find in a handy location and definitely worth a repeat visit. "
