Very basic hotel, AC did not work well, so we struggle during the night to sleep. Staff was amazing and very helpful, very well placed, but again: if what you need is just a bed and bathroom, then go ahead.

There is a mosque right next to the hotel and due to Ramadan prayers were on in the middle of the night and early morning. Reception did not warn us about it and it was very very disturbing. The breakfast was very average. Room AC set at 16 deg C was not cooling beyond 24 deg C. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Area is safe for families. For this hotel the price was too high.

We appreciate that the hotel staff were on time and waiting for our arrival at the airport.The location of the hotel was very good because we were only staying one night and were leaving to go to an island resort on check out. After check out they took us to the boat transfer station. It all went smoothly. Thanks for that.

HOT WATER only lasts 2.5 minutes so shower quick.. Good stay for the money and staff was very kind and helpful.. the Balinese massage was excellent!!

Definitely worth a repeat stay.
This was a 2 night stay before moving on to a resort. We were really pleased wth our choice. The staff were very friendly and efficient, from arranging our airport transfers, to welcoming us at the airport and hotel. The room was functional but comfortable. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We return at the end of our resort stay before heading back to the uk.

We had an extra 6 hours before our flight from Male and decided to book a room here. The staff was awesome, and waited for us at the airport despite our float plane being delayed. They transferred us from the airport to the hotel and back again late at night. They even made us a meal to take with us because breakfast was included and we weren't able to be there the next morning. We really appreciated everything they did for us.

The staff does an excellent job to pick you up at airport, greet you upon arrival at hotel, communicate WiFi access and restaurant hours, and plan schedule to return you to airport. Very pleasant and stress free.

Over Priced for this Small of a Room.
I would rate this a 2.5 Star hotel. Staff was friendly and check-in easy. Room was over priced I felt. basic beds. It was small with 2 twin beds. Came with only 1 small roll of toilet tissue. Shower floor was very slippery. They did have an elevator. Overall all a very basic hotel. Not a good value for the money paid. Should be priced around $75. Included breakfast that was simple with many non-western foods. On a 1-10 scale I rate the breakfast a 5.

The service and staff was amazing! Very courteous and friendly. The room was smaller. I booked an ocean view room and the ocean was not really visible. It was mostly buildings and trees. The room toilet had some green discoloration. I guess cleanliness could be slightly better.
