Best place on a wonderful beach

Most likely this is the best place on this beach. Although the rooms are a bit outdated, the pool, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of the entire staff makes you feel right at home. Lovely people and best beach bar. Highly recommended!!

Sofia, the owner, is incredibly hard working, efficient, responsive and kind. We had to rearrange some of our travel plans and she did everything within her control to accommodate us. While we were at our apartment, she and her staff took excellent care of us and took a personal interest in us. We already plan to return for another vacation. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Sehr sauberes kleines Hotel. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Der Pool und Strand waren extrem sauber. Absolut faire Preise an der Strandbar. Unbedingt die Burger probieren: LECKER! Es ist zu keiner Zeit ein Problem Liegen am Strand zu bekommen. Frank Apartments ist eine perfekte Oase für entspannte Ferien.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le cadre est très agréable. On y passe des journées paisibles en bordure de mer ou dans la piscine qui est bien entretenue. Le personnel est toujours disponible et très sympathique. Sofia la Responsable est vraiment très accueillante. On peut se restaurer sur place ou alentour. Seul bémol, il manque un micro-onde et éventuellement une cafetière. Mais on peut se débrouiller avec ce qu'on y trouve. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

This is truly a gem! We were looking for a safe, quiet beach and sand vacation and got everything we wanted and more! The apartment is only about 15 minutes by car from the airport. We recommend booking the airport transfer. For the price and ease of travel, it’s well worth it. He even played authentic Greek music for us to get us into vacation mode! Sofia greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly. She took us to our room personally. The rooms have everything you need. The photos are very accurate. I was surprised how well the AC kept us cool at night. Also, having a refrigerator in the room is very helpful. Beds were fine, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace at night getting fresh sea air. The area has plenty of supermarkets within a 10 min walk. You can find many Restaurants and souvenirs shops as well. The pool and beach is amazing!! The service you get is way over my expectations. You are always asked if you would like a drink or something to eat at very affordable prices. I recommend the club sandwich! The beach is just steps away, offering blue water and sand. The staff makes sure the free chairs for guests are always clean after use. This is a very well run, professional establishment by Sofia and her extended family. Do not think twice about booking, do it! I’ve been an orbitz VIP member for many years and have stayed dozens of Places. There are some 5 and 4 star hotels which didn’t even compare to the friendliness of the staff. Thank you, Sofia for everything!

fijn appartement, aardige behulpzame mensen, prachtig gelegen aan het strand, met supermarkten en veel winkeltjes in de buurt, ook goede restaurants. Vriendelijke winkeliers, die ook naast het Engels heel goed Frans kunnen. Het enige punt van kritiek is dat er geen droogdoek, spons en afwasmiddel in de keuken was, maar dat is te verwaarlozen vergeleken met de rest, dat tip top was.

Прекрасный старт для отдыха.

По местоположению эти апартаменты,стартовая точка для путешествия по Криту. Из аэропорта Ираклиона добирались на местном автобусе номер 6, за 1,70 евро за билет. Единственное надо отслеживать свою остановку по навигатору водитель не особо готов помочь)) и примерно метров за 300 надо нажать кнопку для выхода на остановке. В апартаментах всё имеется. На улице недалеко слева и справа магазины , напротив можно перекусить там же слева прокат автомобилей, где и взял машину для дальнейшего путешествия. В 100 метрах бассейн потом лежаки с зонтиками ( бесплатно для жителей аппартаменов) Wi-fi хороший и действительно очень круто что он есть и на пляже прямо у моря.

Truely a great spot with pool and beach at your toes outside heraklion. Breakfast available onsite. The best shower in greece so far! Clean room. The great blockout rollershades and strong AC kept us cool. Angeliki was super helpful and fun. I would def go back.

2 weeks in apartment right on beach

We had a lovely time. The (very extended) family who run the property are lovely, kind, generous and attentive to everything. The apartment is spotless and cleaned every day but quite basic. Lovely beach bar and access to beach,we even had a sea view. If you want a calm, relaxing, safe holiday, we would recommend.

hotel ideale per famiglie,la spiaggia di sabbia con ombrelloni e sdraio è sovraffollata ma ottima per i bambini.La mia stanza al piano terra era abbastanza grande e pulita,ottimo Wi-Fi.La zona circostante è la classica zona con negozi che vendono giochi da spiaggia.Lo consiglio solo per una notte di passaggio.

My husband and I had a late ferry and didn't arrive until just before midnight. We were thankful that they waited for our arrival. The room was ok. It was a good size for us and clean. The shower was fairly small but it did the job. I found the bed too hard. Also want to make note that there was absolutely no wifi available in our room. This was important to us as we relied on wifi for our trip. We were told some rooms have very poor connection. The apartments are right on the beach. It was a nice set up on the beach. But we didn't take advantage of it as we weren't there long.

La ville d'amoudarra est tres sympa beaucoup de petits magasins souvenirs et des tavernes dont celle de l'oncle George ont y mange tres bien. l 'appartement est fonctionnel et propre wifi incluse ainsi que sur la plage et le petits déjeuner copieux et bon pour seulement 6euros/personne .Angelique et Sophie parle un peu Français et sont tres sympa.
