"Probably one of the best hotels in the Tossa Del Mar area. Beautiful installations, the spa was really nice and clean. The ocean facing balcony room was beautiful and comfortable. Really good and fresh breakfast with plenty of staff always walking around, helping and cleaning up. Amparo the bartender was super friendly with me and my wife; made the best drinks and gave us tons of tips on places to go and restaurants around always with a friendly smile. There was this kid in the front, i am not sure his name is spelled “Yan” or “Jean” of German background; he walked us all the way to our car whenever my wife felt hesitant to walk alone, he helped us with our bags and also gave us super friendly advise on where to go and wha to do. Would definitely go back to Elizabeth by the Sea as per their installations but specially because of their amazing staff! Two thumbs up!"

"Hotel Horitzo is one of the best properties in Costa Brava, right next to the Beach with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. I stayed in a sea facing double room, the amenities were very good in my room. My stay at this hotel was a test case for this hotel since have a wedding coming up in June and I was looking for a really good hotel for 30 of my guests. We have booked all the rooms at the main wedding hotel (Santa Marta) and we needed additional rooms for our guests. My experience staying at this hotel was excellent. I have booked 16 additional rooms for June at this hotel for my guests. Hello Joseph, Your staff was super sweet when I stayed at the hotel. But there is one problem, after I came back to US, I am trying to talk to the Reception at the hotel, there is only one number listed. It is almost impossible to connect by phone to your Reception. As I have very important guests staying for 3 nights at your hotel, it is important that I talk to someone at the hotel to make sure everything goes smooth during their stay and I may need additional rooms. I will appreciate if you can make sure the experience 30 of my guests who will stay at your hotel is outstanding. "Parking was by valet. Very professional."

"Great place really close to the beach and shops, the hostel had amenities like hairdryer and shampoo etc… Something to keep in mind they don’t do housekeeping unless you stay for more than 4 days. Other than that everything is clean and nice good for a small girl holiday."
