"I had a poor experience with this reservation. The address listed on Expedia was incorrect, which made locating the property frustrating and time-consuming. "This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel, excelent customer service especially from Alejandro, always offering to help with luggage, offering waters, offering to clean the room. Restaurant breakfasts was delicious, they also open the restaurant the whole day on Fridays and Saturdays. Very convenient location, a few minutes walking to downtown Cuernavaca, I recommend staying here for a romantic weekend or family getaway. "
