"great place to stay, staff is great!!"

"The palace was really nice. The breakfasts were outstanding!!! The room we had was large with plenty of space. Parking was at a premium on the weekend, but ok during the week. The exercise room needed help. There were 4 dumbells all different weights. You really need matching pairs. There is no water or towels in the room and it is really warm in there. Fortunately, there was a fan. The bar was nice and the parlor is stunning! My wife and I liked the igloos to enjoy a drink. We found a nice restaurant in Scuol which we visited twice in 3 nights."

"Hotel itself was great. Easy access to the Metro. Just on the edge of Milan’s Chinatown. Only downside was the heat in the room ( too high) and because it’s on a main road/tram route you couldn’t have the window open at night. Even with the window closed it was loud road noise. Staff were very nice. "

"We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We would definitely return. "

"Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment down to the ski room — something we’ve never experienced before. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. On our first evening, the service was again outstanding. Your staff were incredibly attentive, and they introduced you to us as the owner. When you kindly came over to our table, I confess I didn’t fully realise who you were in that moment, and I’m a little disappointed in myself — had I known, I would have loved to speak with you properly. From a customer-service perspective, what you’ve created here is extremely impressive, and I would have enjoyed telling you that in person. I run a software business in London, and I would be extremely happy if my customers’ experience was anything close to what we have experienced here.
