Good hotel but not nice staff
The facilities are good. Location is great, just couple of minutes from the beach. Breakfast was ok. Same for 6 days and only one staff to cook and serve food for everyone. Receptionists did not show any interest, did not even say hello to us. In the whole hotel only met one friendly staff member. Probably some staff training would be beneficial to most of them.

It was great in general. Would definitely recommend the hotel as it’s close to the beach and the staff is friendly. Only issue I had was when the receptionist said he’ll order a taxi to the airport with a card reader but he didn’t and I had to pay by cash which I didn’t have and missed my flight back home but overall it was amazing <3

Lovely hotel
Was a cheap weekend away for my birthday. Was pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated the hotel was for the money. Tried breakfast but it was disappointing. Cold sausages and cold beans. Hotel was just a short 3 minute walk from beach. Would definitely stay here again

Good hotel which catered for our holiday. Nice and clean rooms. All that was missing was a swimming pool and the hotel would have been perfect. But the beach was not far away so that compensated.

Hotel Don Pepe Review
I recently stayed at Hotel Don Pepe over the 4th of July weekend and did not have a pleasant experience overall. The hotel staff had only one helpful and respectful member. All of the others were rude, short, and disrespectful. The hotel offered a "welcome drink" voucher however, you could only use it between 1600-1700. That's bad customer service and a complete joke. It's not much of a "welcome drink" if you can't use it upon arrival. The bar hours were pretty short as well and was never manned. Additionally, the WiFi did not work in my room the entire 4 days. Furthermore, every time I called for assistance resolving my WiFi issue, the receptionists were rude and did not fix the issue. They were very passive aggressive and dismissive. I also had issues when requesting a cab, the receptionists were rude and I had to ask more than once before receiving the cab. Lastly, the only highlight from this hotel was the close proximity to the beach and the rooms were clean.

Don Pepe as the synonym for perfection
The stay was amazing. The moment we walked in the hotel a friendly gentleman greeted us warmly. We named Him Pepe because he looked like a proper icon for Don Pepe Hotel. Everything was clean, actually better than we had hoped. Room was nice and comfortable, bar was alright and the luggage hold was decent. We didn't try the breakfast nor the dinner opportunity. One more good thing about this hotel was the location - Bike rental was literally out the door and across the street! Beach was just 200m down the road (down the hill so it was even nicer) and all the possible dining places were really close by. In addition it had a few shops and supermarkets basically in 5 minutes walk radius. Therefore I am more than sure than on my next stay in Mallorca I will try and get a room in Don Pepe Hotel. I am very glad I stayed there.

nice hotel but don't recommend the breakfast
Room was a good size, but: first day we found hair in the bathtube; the beds (separate) are on the wheels so get used to sleeping separately; behind the wall next to our headboard was the other room bathroom so we were woken up every time they used the sink - very loud noise. We decided to buy breakfasts for 2 days in the hotel. After the first one (very disappointing) we couldn't cancel the other one as it was no longer possible. So I would advise to eat somewhere else. Not very far away from the beach (in this part of the city the beach is very clean and nice), quiet neighbourhood (we had a room from the courtyard, was fine and view on the city). Hotel quite clean and nice (except this bathtube experience). Cleaners every day.

Good value for money
Very close to the party area "ballermann", but far enough to be quiet. Nice and helpful staff with good english. Modern and clean hotel, no daylight in the "courtyard view" room. Breakfast was very good and enough, but the same every day.

If you must stay in S'Aranal then stay here
Everything about the hotel was excellent, staff were fantastic and the room clean and modern. My only grumble and it's a common one is that all hotel rooms should have a kettle. The only reason I have marked the hotel down is because of the area it's situated so if you do decide you want to stay in S'Aranal then I don't think you could choose better

Great location
The hotel overall is really good. Great location and fairly new. The staff helpful and the room were very clean. The down side was the breakfast : few option and often running out of food. Scramble eggs dry so was the fried eggs. However the staff working there was great , the lift also very small for such a big hotel. But o would recommend and will go back.

Beautiful hotel, located 5 minutes from the beach
Very pleasant, staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. No problems whatsoever. Will definitely be visiting again.

Det står att det skulle finnas frukost tillgänglig, stämmer inte, fanns ingen restaurang och ingen frukost, man kunde köpa kaffe och smörgås i baren efter kl 10.00. Nu fick vi leta upp annat hotell där vi köpte frukost. Det står också att de erbjuder transfer, det gör de inte. Uppgifterna behöver uppdateras!!! Väldigt litet rum och badrum, man var tvungen att stå precis vid toaletten för att kunna öppna dörren och gå ut därifrån. De flesta i personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma men det fanns tyvärr en som borde lära sig lite mer om service. Avståndet till stranden + men vi bokar aldrig där igen.

The hotel has a very good location. The beach and the promenade are only 3 minutes walk away. But the hotel rooms are not so big. I recommend to book with balcony. We had a balcony. The room without a balcony is too small.

Camera comoda, piacevole il terrazzo esterno ma la pulizia non è il massimo. Accomuli di polvere un po ovunque e lenzuola non sempre pulitissime e integre. Buona posizione, tanti servizi e fermate bus.
