Ideal positioned for the beautiful beach & all the varied local amenities, & far enough away from the main centre of Magaluf. However, it wasn’t without noise throughout the night, both from outside on the main street at the front of the hotel, & from hotel residents returning after their night out. If you want a quiet stay, this position in Palma Nova is not the quietest!
The main reception is modern, bright & tasteful. The dining room is large enough for all the residents to be seated comfortably. The food offered is varied, with themed evenings, & has a wide offer to residents of all nationalities.
We didn’t use the pool area, which was small & featureless, preferring to pay extra for two beds & an umbrella on the beach (€13.50 daily, whatever time you hire it from - no half day rate).
The bedroom was large, clean & comfortable, with lots of storage & a balcony with a beach view, with maid service daily. However, the bathroom decor was very tired, & the bathroom door to my room was missing, which wasn’t an issue to me as I was single occupancy. I wasn’t advised of this, so on questioning reception, they explained that it was due to be replaced at any time. However, the hinges with the rough glass edges remaining hadn’t been taped over to avoid injury, a safety issue that hadn’t been addressed.
The corridor to the bedrooms was outdated & dull, & the bedroom doors didn’t close quietly which contributed to the noise issue of residents returning back.
