Friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel has a spa, sauna, gym, swimming, car park, and of the course the amazing breakfast buffet! Will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit Palma again!

The hotel is clean, modern and has wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is well appointed, and most days, tasty. I would give the hotel high value for its location yet quiet ambience. The rooms are comfortable with comfortable beds. However, we struggled to keep the air conditioner on all night. As it goes on and off by temperature.

Our third visit to this hotel and another wonderful trip! Love the hotel, it’s location is perfect and the rooftop area and bar is ideal for those sunny days relaxing, all within close proximity to everything you need. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming and can’t do enough for you, every request is accommodated. A special thank you to Ernesto and Inma on Reception for all their assistance during our stay.

Anniversary Trip to Palama
The Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. located in a quiet street. We had room 219 which was a very small room- if I stayed again i would want to be upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast was good. We used the pool and the pool area which really is not big enough for the amount of people using this facility - but after a day of sightseeing - wanted a swim to cool off

Brilliant Hotel

Modern and well appointed mid sized boutique hotel close to the city centre! Although on the smaller size, the standard room was well designed with easy access to all the necessary modern amenities like a phone charging stand. The pool/spa area was also small but again well designed to provide comfort and convenience especially for families. Buffet breakfast spread was quite good offering all types of hot and cold options including an array of juices. There’s plenty of common areas to chill as well! Highly recommend staying here for easy access to the main attractions!

The property and staff were incredible. However, the Expedia listing was incredibly misleading. I booked this hotel specifically for the room with the private jacuzzi on the terrace. I paid extra on Expedia for this room, and yet, when I checked in, I was given a regular double room- no tub. After speaking with reception, and the wonderful staff there, I was informed that it was only possible to book them directly through the hotel. The reception admitted that I was not the first to be deceived by Expedia, and that the listing was falsely advertising the room. I have reached out to Expedia to correct this problem, but have had no resolution to date. (A week later.)

I really liked this hotel. The rooftop pool area is great. The only thing letting it down is the reception. They do not have enough staff working checking people in. Huge build up of people and people complaining. Otherwise great hotel.

We stayed just for one night on our way back to the airport from a family holiday. We chose the hotel as it was reasonably priced, had a rooftop pool for the kids and connecting rooms. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Our rooms were ready by 11am so no hanging around. Good choice of Welcome drink. Our room had 1 front door and a door for each room. Felt really safe with young kids like we were staying in a 2 bed apartment. Loved the decor and features in the room. Modern charging facilities for phones and control panels for lights and blinds. Air con easy to use too. Decent sized pool and lovely roof bar and sunbeds. Large Sunbeds available to hire fir €25 (they fit the 4 of us on 1). Lovely restaurants and a corner store all within a few 100 yds. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel was just amazing! Indoor and outdoor areas are just Devine! Especially the roof terrace after a busy day! I didn’t get a chance to use the pools or spa facilities as we spent most of our time visiting my dad in hospital in ICU. If we were to visit Palma again, it would most likely be at this Hotel, for it’s location is close by to the town, Cathedral and lots of shops! Thank you for making our short stay enjoyable!

Great place, amazing breakfast
Lovely hotel. Gorgeous room in a great location. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was great, really worth paying for. The only thing worth noting is the fancy beds by the pool in the pictures are an extra €50 which I’d read before booking so wasn’t disappointed, but I think would have been sad about if I hadn’t known.
