Booked a suite, which was nice, but it was not as nice as advertised. Staff were friendly enough, but in general, it was mostly an average experience. But it is right on point for the cost of the hotel, and there is no need to worry about the hotel's amenities too much with it close to all that Lund has to offer.

Staff exhibited higher level of professionalism. Room was superb & clean. Fast internet access. Location, Location, Location! Hotel is steps away from Lund Central Station. Very safe & walkable neighborhood with easy access to historic sites, the University main campus, restaurants, cafes, stores, public transportation.

My original booking was for two nights (Aug. 1 and Aug. 2), but when my daughter got to the hotel before we arrived, she told a young woman employee that we would need THREE nights, and the employee indicated she would take care of added a third night. However, Sunday night our keys would not let us in the door, and we had to go to the Grand Hotel in the rain and wait quite awhile for the front desk to accommodate other guests to get our issue resolved. Evidently we were charged more because the third night was not done through booking .com. I feel we should be refunded the difference between the booking. com rate and the hotel rate since my daughter was not told we would have to go back into booking .com to add a third night.

Centralt, rent, pÊnt. Dog kan de slet ikke fÞlge med i morgenmadsrestauranten, nÄr der er fuldt belagt. Der var ikke kaffe, ikke mad, ikke rene tallerkener. Der blev ikke ryddet af bordene. Vi havde valgt hotellet specifikt pÄ grund af badekar pÄ vÊrelset. Der var ingen prop. Personalet lovede at fikse det. Det gjorde de ikke. Personalet er venligt, smilende men meget unge og er tydeligvis underbemandede.

Trevlig tvÄ nÀtters vistelse

Vi bodde tydligen i ett singelrum eftersom sÀngen var bara 140 cm bred, sÄ vi var tvungna att sova skavfötters. SÀngen uppgavs vara queensize pÄ bokningssidan, sÄ vi antog att den var Ätminstone 160 cm bred. Frukosten var god, dock utan varm mat (Àggröra, korv, gröt...). Servicepersonalen var vÀnlig och hjÀlpsam.

We particularly appreciated the efficiency and courtesy of the cleaning team. Also the availability of the downstairs sitting area (and tea) throughout the day. Location was excellent for our needs.
