Practical located, clean, good breakfast

The hotel was base for daily trips following migrating birds. Plus for early and tasty breakfast, clean rooms, close parking. Minus for late restaurant opening hrs and even restaurant closed on sundays. This was my second stay and second time there was ongoing renovating in a room close to mine with undefined noise. Quiet from 22:00. This is a transit hotel for visitiors travelling with buses so be early to the breakfast. The last lacking star in rating is down to the overall feel as a guest. Nothing wrong with the staff but they seem "beeing at work" missing out on the welcoming feel.

Pool cannot be accessed

We booked the hotel with the sole intent of using the pool. As we arrived we found out, that the pool was fully booked, and that it was impossible to use it withiut reservation. The staff did not help us to access and we left unsatisfied.

They stole my breakfast!

Will never book a Scandic hotel again. This idea of having to book your breakfast and the latest time offered was 7:15 is totally crazy. I stopped to get a good sleep and a nice breakfast but after checking in I found out that I needed to book my breakfast slot via a QR-code. And my choice was going up early not getting enough sleep or skipping breakfast. Never again!!!

Trevligt hotell, har bott här förut. Nu kom jag något tidigare än 16.00 till hotellet. Vid incheckning sa receptionisten att rummet är klart och att man kan checka in, men om jag vill göra det så kostar det 200 SEK extra.. Valde att sitta lobbyn och arbeta 2 timmar tills jag kunde checka in på rummet. Om jag suttit i lobbyn eller i mitt rum kan jag inte se någon skillnad på. När jag väl är på rummet så är där iskallt. Elementet är på "0". Annars är Scandic alltid ett säkert och trevigt hotell där man oftast är nöjd med både rum, service och frukost.
