"The staff is lovely and kind. We had booked and paid for a luxury suite but when we arrived we were put in a 2 double bed room. Nothing was offered in return for the change. Nothing around the resort and the pool closes quite early. Outdated in all aspects except for the price."

"Comfy beds and clean however heating system had been turned off and someone had left air conditioning on . We had to get a portable plug in fan from the front desk as the room was so cold ..Also no fan in bathroom so couldn’t even get the steam out so set off smoke alarm ."
