"Was a lovey place and the pool was nice but could use new sun loungers. We paid for a queen room with pool view but was put in a family room, 3 single beds, then when asked was only moved to a double (without pool view). Breakfast selection was toast with toppings and cereal, a coffee machine and juices also. It states free toiletries upon booking, but they do not supply or have any at the hotel. It is a nice hotel, amazing staff, very peaceful and quite. We would return again."

"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "First the positives: the staff - front desk especially - were great. Very friendly and helpful and polite. The price we paid was very reasonable for this time of the year (high season). The room was very spacious. The Internet was good enough. The breakfast menu, although limited, was good and hearty. There are restaurants and supermarkets on the same street and very close by too. On the downside: The main issue we faced was finding an available parking spot near and around the hotel - especially at night! To say that "street parking is available" on the description is not quite accurate. It is a lottery - depending on what time one looks for parking. On our last night after looking for parking several blocks away I had to park in an illegal spot. The other issue is the hotel needs upgrading work in the rooms."

"Room- 2 bed family suite was lovely and kept really clean by brilliant housekeeping. Air con not as cold as I would like and did need fixing during our stay but this was always done quickly Location- Town easy and quick to walk to in around 5-10 mins Food- buffet has plenty of options and food always hot. Empty plates removed very quickly and food is replenished before it runs out. Very efficient. Barista coffee, self service soft drinks wine and beer, self service ice cream machine, the place has everything. Air con- this was my fav thing. Every inside place is air conditioned so you can eat in a nice cool space. It is very needed as a brief rest from the heat outside. Restaurant is cool, foyer is cool, corridors are cool, entertainment bar is cool. Completely the opposite of Spain who have banned air conditioned spaces so you melt there!! Entertainment- low key in one place called Juniper. This is large bar with table drinks service all included as I was all inclusive. Lovely staff would keep adding free peanuts or crisps or popcorn to our table which was a nice idea. Drinks are premium brands and it is clear which ones you can and can’t have in all inc as payable are marked with *. The entertainment is just a singer but it is ok for us as we played cards like most families. However Hilton do need to add an additional venue as this one became full and people had nowhere else to go Sunbeds with parasols are plentiful Will I return? Oh yes for sure!!"

"From the moment we arrived the Hosts kept in touch with us when we needed them and we're great. The Apartment is spacious, balcony either end, we had 2 bedrooms, shower room, large kitchen diner and lounge area, lift that worked, great shop nearby, and you can see the sea. the Square is nearby, great restaurants, a few pubs, takeaways, shops. Bus stops nearby as are lots of boats in the nearby Bay, including the Fast Ferry Boat to Gozo. 4 minutes walk to the seaside. We got our deposit within days of getting back. Recommended"

"This was absolutely one of the best hotels/apartments that we have stayed in. Self check-in was SUPER easy, the host met us at the property to provide some logistical information and a complimentary bottle of wine. When ever we needed anything, they were only a WhatsApp call/message away. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially for a larger family or group. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."
