Bad customer service and no breakfast.

Awful customer service. Breakfast should be open on Sunday from 8.00-10.00 according to signs and verbal information, but closed at 9.00. So no breakfast for our travel companions even though it had been paid for. Also personnel were not particularly polite. They did however help regarding our daughter’s needs for gluten-free considerations.

Fint men lidt dyrt

Det er et hyggeligt sted, men det er slidt og prisen er kommet i den høje ende ift. hvad du får. Morgenmaden er blevet bedre, så alt i alt et okay sted at tage en enkelt overnatning inden turen går videre til skiferien. Vi har været der tre år i træk.

Utmärkt service och prisvärt

Mycket vänligt bemötande när vi kom, att visa var man kunde valla skidor och var kök och spa fanns. Frukosten var god och hade allt man kunde önska och färskt var det också. De ordnade också att vi fick behålla vårt rum till eftermiddagen utan att ta något extra för det. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

Hotellet lugter gennemgående af skimmelsvamp. Værelset var ok rent borset fra køleskabet og fryseren der var helt beskidte.

Vill man bara ha någonstans att sova och få en ok frukost så funkar detta bra. Enkelt rum men bra och sköna sängar. Frukosten fyller sin funktion. Kaffe, te - bröd och vanliga pålägg. Kokta ägg, äggröra och bacon samt fil och yoghurt med tillbehör. Bra parkeringsmöjlighet.

Ett hotell utan bemanning men enkelt att komma in i byggnaden och sitt rum men hjlp av ett sms som skickades tidigare. frukosten var väldigt enkel men fint presenterad, tyvärr var några av charkuterierna torra/gamla som gjorde mig lite tveksam.Var helt själv på frukosten och såg inen annan boende heller. Ett förslag till ägarna är att om det är lågt bemannat fråga gästen vad som önskas till frukost och vilken tid så skulle det kunna vara en fantastiskt upplevelse om allt vore färskt.

Aldrig mer.

Otroligt dåligt hotel, det västa jag har varit med om helt klart. Luktade urin i korridoren första natten, bränt rök dom andra två nätterna. Du såg aldrig någon i receptionen även fast vi var där 3 nätter. Inte alltid svar på sms. Hela badrummet blev blött när man duschade. Byggnad i otroligt dåligt skick. Frukosten var ej bra. Superkallt i rummet även fast det ”bara” va -1 under natten. Vi fick element de kommande nätter. Stanna endast här om det är din absolut sista utväg!
