Not what we expected
We decided to book at this hotel because of the amenities. It looks fun and we have two kids with us. The waterpark is what entice us to book it in the first place, only to find out that guests are cannot use it for free. And they only operate on Saturdays and Sundays. No wifi on our room, we have to go to the lobby and the place is not so accessible with public transport, unless you are coming from the main town/capital. But from the hotel going to their capital is quite a struggle.The good thing with them is their staff, they are accommodating and flexible when we ask to just bring our breakfast early in the morning with us, going to the island instead of eating at their resto.

Stinky room
The front desk lady was not really welcoming when we arrived. They dont have a record of our paid confirmed reservation and she had to call somebody to confirm even if i showed her the printed confirmation of room. She does not know what room we reserved.As such, she placed us in the ugliest room near the stockroom.The terrace of the room assigned to us was stinky..She also did not readily gave us the wifi pass word unlike the other resorts we've been to. The resto employees was helpful though.She was the one who gave us the wifi password. The

Grande piscine et grande chambre
J'étais dans un bungalow du type économique. La pièce est grande. J'ai apprécié la propreté, la proximité du centre ville et surtout la grande piscine. L'inconvénient est tout de même d'entendre la télévision du voisin très fort. Le personnel est très aidant. Le restaurant est agréable.

Booked 3 rooms, all rooms are filthy the bathroom look like it's never been clean for months. Ants on the entryway. The suites room floor is dirty and need scrubbing. The room rate is way too expensive based on the room condition. Wifi doesn't work on those rooms close to the waterpark. Room phone doesn't work. Waterpark is closed on Monday &Tuesday. Their continental breakfast is a joke!!! 1 piece of white bread and egg.... the lady didn't even bother to give us even ice cold water. Do not waste your time here.

The room P4 is not advisable to check in due to their floor toilet problem or back job but they said all rooms are good only the P4 room is not. Which where we stayed . So far we injoyed the most is Thier water park it's clean and have maNY slide where your children can injoy too. About the food is not so good and it takes a long to time to wait for your order. But the staff are good very accommodating
