After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival. "I enjoyed my stay at Jannah Villas. I was allowed an early check-in which was convenient for my stay and purpose. The staff was very friendly and explained the conveniences of the apartment. The overall appearance of the property is eye pleasing and well kept. My visit was enjoyable and I highly recommend for a short or long stay."

"It was a lovely spacious apartment. With the option of a pool. We were out a lot. It happy to come back home to the apartment."

"This property looks great! It’s one of the cleanest in the city. They have internet and good breakfast. They also have AC in every room which is great! Beds are okay. Customer service was excellent. It’s a safe place to be if you don’t like noise. I will come back again on my next visit. "

"This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. I really love this place and will be staying here on my upcoming visit in May. "

"The location offered only a few amenities, such as restaurant and convenience store at the corner. But the owner became very rude when to me when I used a mobile money application he did not know. He called me and my guests names and held us against our will until the cash was accepted. I would not recommend this hotel because of thing's like th is. "

" The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean."  The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The room amenities were nicely done. I will definitely visit here again "

OUR SECOND TIME LODGING IN KCS GUEST HOUSE.

"We as a family arrived late in the night because of delays in claiming our luggage. We were given a warming reception. There's a place to park our bus.Our room was neatly prepared and the services were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"Manager and staff are lovely. Rooms not up standard, fridge not working, there was no facilities for tea/coffee in room.breakfast very poor, no choice, eggs. We had to go to another building for breakfast as it was not cooked on premises, so had to wait a long time. Asked for our clothes to be washed, they were taken from dryer and just tossed into the bag, crushed and unfolded. Having said all that, they have now start to upgrade the hotel. "
