"I enjoyed my stay at Jannah Villas. I was allowed an early check-in which was convenient for my stay and purpose. The staff was very friendly and explained the conveniences of the apartment. The overall appearance of the property is eye pleasing and well kept. My visit was enjoyable and I highly recommend for a short or long stay."

"I booked this place but it was a scam although the place exists. After arriving from the UK to the place in Ghana, the security didn’t allow me and my family to enter inside the complex, telling us that no caretaker has informed them of their ur arrival. I phoned the number left on the website for this property countless of times but it was not connecting. So in the middle of the night my family and I had to look for another place to stay. "This was my 4th stay at what I call my home while in Ghana. I always feel at home here and have never had any issues. I got stuck there an extra 2 weeks then I originally plan because of COVID and the owner and workers made sure we were comfortable and secure. I really love this place and will be staying here on my upcoming visit in May. "

"This property looks great! It’s one of the cleanest in the city. They have internet and good breakfast. They also have AC in every room which is great! Beds are okay. Customer service was excellent. It’s a safe place to be if you don’t like noise. I will come back again on my next visit. "

"The location offered only a few amenities, such as restaurant and convenience store at the corner. But the owner became very rude when to me when I used a mobile money application he did not know. He called me and my guests names and held us against our will until the cash was accepted. I would not recommend this hotel because of thing's like th is. "

"The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. " The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean."  The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. "The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note the location is a good one for the area and the staff went out of there way to help with us with additional towels, and wifi set up."
