"As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. "Needs more staff for dinner and breakfast. They are overwhelmed and can’t cope with the asks and demands of the guests. Also the property can be better in terms of maintenance. There were some bugs in the room and in the food area. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with if you wish or simply sit and enjoy the surrounding nature from your veranda. Very pleasant hotel in lovely location. The Night Ride could do with a bit more structure and engagement with the guests onboard so they can learn something of the nature of the habitat and animals to be found there."
