"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "This was our very 1st B&B that we ever stayed at. The historical house itself has a life of its own, then they added time period peices to add to the estestics of the place. Gary and Karen treat you like family. Gary cooks a wonderful breakfast every morning, while Diane keeps the room clean and fresh. They even invited their guest to the baseball stadium suite in Bowling green KY to celebrate the 4th of July fireworks(no baseball game). Needless to say any other B&B that we may visit next has ALOT of expectations to hold up to."

"Hotel was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent with the typical hot and cold items served at other Holiday Inns. No hot tub which was disappointing but we knew that coming in and hot tubs seem to be harder to find in hotels. My biggest complaint was the gym on site. While it was well equipped the room itself had terrible air circulation. It smelled musty and you started to sweat as soon as you walked in. It also rained a lot while we were there and the window in our room leaked. Not a super big deal and we did notify hotel staff."
