I loved how new and updated the property was. The bed was super comfy. The only bad things were my water pressure was horrible in my shower. The steam room didn’t work and the hot tub wasn’t very hot the one day and the next it was cold.

Great place. Best value of anywhere in Mammoth. I had a King room in one of the separate cabins near the pool. Brand new TV with every streaming service. Was shocked the bathroom had a quality bidet! Bus stop is a stone's throw.

Nice location. We stayed in a chalets which was spacious and clean. It was a cold weekend (20F) and the apartment felt cold. Hot tub wasn’t very hot either. Minor things but overall I would stay there again!

Ok place to stay, beds are comfortable. The staff at front desk is not profesional at all, rude! young lady working the evening of April 3rd - terrible customer service, heard her interact with guests ahead of me and with me. Terrible WIFI, you're better using your dial-up connection. Steam room was broken, washing machine were broken on both levels, even staff that say they live on site say its always broken. Shame... could've been a great place.

We stayed here 2 nights during the blizzard. Our unit was really nice & close to everything. Parking was right next to the room which is awesome. I really like the bathroom’s set up. Everything was clean. Staffs were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy place. Free coffee in the mornings. However, WiFi was spotty at best (I couldn't connect my kids devices). We requested room service once but never showed up and room wasn't cleaned. I had to take the trash out myself.

I am writing an honest review, the location of this hotel is great, the rooms are a good size and overall the rooms were clean. I had seen reviews about the rude staff and brushed it off but I am here to WARN you, beware!!! The staff at check in barely greeted us, anytime we had a question there was no interest in a conversation with us, which made me question, why do they even work in hospitality if they're going to act like that? Anyways, the big problem here is both my partner and I have been charged random charges on our cards, I called the property and was brushed off and was told I can only inquire about this issue via email, which I did, and I have yet to hear a response. I have emailed them everyday and have yet to receive a single reply. So moral of the story, be careful with this hotel. Now I am dealing with this nonsense post vacation. Will not be coming back here. Horrible customer service.

Nice enough for one night. Tv didn’t work, light bulbs burned out. Walls are thin, lots of neighbor noise. But, the sauna & steam room were great! Beds and pillows are comfy!

We booked a King Chalet which, per the Expedia room booking photos, is a stand alone building with a seating area, large slider doors to the outside, a dresser, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. None of these criteria were met. We stayed in a regular noisy hotel room, with NONE of the amenities depicted in the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful but the room we booked and paid for was simply not provided.

Good location. Overall the property exterior area was decently kept. Room fairly clean. Phone in room did not have a dial tone. House keeping service was very limited. Asked front desk for extra linen thinking we’d save them room service, had to request twice. The lounge area is nice and outdoor fire pits are nice touches, especially for winter lodging.

Stayed in the deluxe queen and it was dramatically different than the photos. Overall, it felt dirty. The bathrooms were not the cleanest and the carpeting felt extremely old. The hallways were in poor shape. The bed was sinking. There’s no cable, and the internet is spotty, so entertainment is touch and go. Feels like the old Sierra Nevada resort. Definitely not worth the price. Parking was also limited. It doesn’t appear that they have enough spots to accommodate everyone, so arriving late night Friday could present some challenges. Overall, I don’t recommend staying in the main building as the renovations appear to have happened a long time ago.

Will Be Staying Again!!
We had a tremendous stay! Love the remodeled Outbound Mammoth. The lobby with the large fireplace and bar is fantastic! We were upgraded to one of the private cabins with fire pit outside the door, and loved it! Everything was cozy and delightful.
