"Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Pros: The location is great—close to the mall and supermarket and not too far from the city. The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The building also has great amenities, including a nice gym, pool, and other common areas. Cons: The main issue was the AC. It wasn’t working properly and was leaking. There was also no TV, which was a little disappointing. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. If it weren’t for the issues with the AC and TV, my rating would have been much higher. The location, amenities, and responsive staff made it a great experience."

"Great Stay with Exceptional Service I had a very enjoyable stay at the Ramada Hotel, and overall, the experience was very positive. One of the highlights was the service at the Fontanelle Restaurant. The waitress was absolutely wonderful—attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her excellent customer service really stood out and made my dining experience even more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my 27 day stay. Their attention to detail was definitely appreciated. The one inconvenience I experienced was with the room key. I had to have my key renewed three times during my visit because it would not allow me access to the amenity rooms. While this was frustrating and inconvenient, I have to give credit to the hotel staff for how quickly they addressed the issue each time. They provided prompt assistance and offered sincere apologies, which made the situation much easier to deal with. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at the Ramada. The staff’s professionalism, especially the waitress at Fontanelle and the housekeeping team, really contributed to my stay. Despite the key issue, the prompt and courteous response from the staff showed that they genuinely cared about resolving the problem. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend the hotel, particularly because of the excellent customer service."

"100% recommend this hotel. It’s very close to the airport. If you are driving it’s easy to get to/ from the airport. We did not use it, but there is a shuttle service every hour to/from the airport. The restaurant in the hotel is open until late and the food was very good. Check in was great, every staff member we talked to was the nicest and so helpful. Hotel was very clean throughout, very pretty and rooms were quiet. Beds were comfortable, big room, the A/C worked amazing. We had a nice garden view with a terrace but we had to leave early so did not get to enjoy. Will definitely have to go back to spend more time in the property and enjoy all the amenities."

"Nice view from de apartment, near the supermarkets and malls and others, maybe gotta fix lil things inside the apartment like the lock from the bathroom and the card holder at the entrance, but the rest is nice. If I go again to Panama, definitely I look for this place to stay again"
