"Hotel é bem antigo, porém esta acomodação estava totalmente desleixada, roupas de cama amareladas, toalhas desfiadas e rasgadas, limpeza muito comprometida. Não é sobre luxo, mas sobre cuidado e limpeza! Ainda a manutenção durante 24 horas bateu na porta para poderem olhar o banheiro que segundo eles estava molhando o banheiro inferior. A pior hospedagem que tivemos até hoje! "

Para tomar banho não tem água quente, talvez em hotéis de luxo tenham água quente, mas a maioria das pousadas e as casas dos locais não possuem água quente para tomar banho, devido o calor que faz na região. "Hotel itself is nice. There is construction going on all around it that takes away from the immediate beauty of the surroundings. Pool is great, views are amazing of the Amazon River and beach. The neighborhood is the ritziest in Manaus and very safe to walk or jog in day or night. WiFi for the first time (I have stayed here a dozen times) was slow to non-operational. Key card would not work and had to be reprogrammed 3 days out of the 5 I stayed there. I would definitely return!"
