"Clean Room, and nice view, but there is a lot of sargassum in that area which we didn't know before going. There's a rooftop bar which is nice, but would be even better if they also offered snacks and food. There is no parking in front of the main door/drop off section/no car allowed so you do have to walk a small distance to get to the hotel which makes it hard to get to if you have a disability or something. Breakfast was ok."

However, certain areas warrant improvement, specifically the acoustic insulation within the guest rooms and the restaurant. "This resort blew me out of the water! What a beautiful place to stay, I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, thank you for the nice stay! I definitely would come back and stay longer next time. The resort has everything you want and the maintenance of the property is well kept. So clean!!! Our check in was also very amazing, we got upgraded to a bigger and nicer room for free! Thank you to all the staff who made our stay the best!"

"We had the most wonderful holiday at HSM Calas Park! The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby. You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one. There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc. All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again. Thank you guys!"
