Nice Hotel, friendly staff

We stayed for 4 nights and we had a great experience. The room has a good size, is bright, clean and has a wonderful view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good size swimming pool and the food was good too.

Es un hotel perfecto para las vacaciones

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. En primer lugar por el trato del personal, que ha sido inmejorable. Las instalaciones en generales muy buenas, con la piscina, las vistas, etc. Por otro lado, las actividades que se realizan en el hotel son muy apropiadas también. Recomiendo este hotel para unas vacaciones en familia o en pareja.

Sehr gute Lage aber viel zu groß

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge. Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Man muss aber Englisch, Französisch oder Spanisch können. Mit Deutsch kommt man nicht weit. Die Anlage ist viel zu groß und leider handelt das Personal sehr inkonsequent. Es hängen überall verbotsschilder das kein essen mit in den poolbereich genommen werden soll. Man vernünftig gekleidet zum essen gehen möge. Keine Liegen belegen. Die Gäste interessiert es mal überhaupt gar nicht. Da müsste mehr durchgegriffen werden, dann kommt auch ein Wohlfühlfaktor auf. Wir haben das Hotel nur zur Übernachtung und essen genutzt, ansonsten waren wir unterwegs. Parkplatz haben wir immer vor dem Hotel direkt bekommen. Absoluter Vorteil für uns war, das unser Zimmer in einem Anbau abseits von der Animationsbeschallung war. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Das essen wiederholte sich, aber bei all inklusive nichts aussergewöhnliches. Es gab reichlich Auswahl, leider oft kalt und zerkocht. Fazit: das Hotel entspricht höchstens 3 Sterne und viel zu teuer für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Fint hotell, fine uteområder med bassenger og tilstrekkelig med solsenger, og kort vei til stranda. Maten «OK-minus» kanskje en dag hvor vi godta oss under middagen. Drikkevarene og alkoholen var heller ikke til å dø av. Renholdet var bra, men ikke perfekt. Personellet var noe varierende. Noen veldig hyggelige, mens andre fikk du mer et inntrykk av at ikke ønsket å være der.

WLAN für extrakosten!!!!!

Mir hat nicht gefällt das man für das WLAN bezählen muss!!!!!Das habe ich nieeee erlebt. Ich war überall weltweit und habe nieeee erlebt dass man für das WLAN bezahlen muss. Ich fand das total schlecht. Weiterhin hat man für alles bezahlt sodass es nicht geht dass ich für bestimmten Alkohol auch bezahlen muss. Entweder vom Anfang beim Bezahlen die Kosten einfach erhöhen und wirklich danach alles inklusiv oder schreiben Sie einfacher nicht mehr alles inklusiv. Das Essen auch in Restaurant jedentag fast das gleiche. Andererseits sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team.

Schönes Hotel.Super Ausblick vom Zimmer.

Es war alles in Ordnung, trotz später Ankunft 24 Uhr 45 lief das einchäcken gut. Zimmer waren sehr gut, mit Meer Blick. Inclusive Angebot war sehr gut, ob Frühstück, Mittag oder Abendessen und die Getränke. Im Bad war es immer etwas Laut, wegen der Abflußrohre,da hörte man immer das ablaufen des Wassers. Freundliches Personal. Anlage war ein Stück über der Bucht, mit 2 St. Pools, mit Liege und Sonnenschirme. Hotel würde ich wieder Buchen.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

Definitely not a 4 Star hotel but fits a 3 Star. Hotel is very far from Palma airport (approx. 50 mins) however very close to a nice beach ( Cala de Mallorca ). The beds are terribly uncomfortable, you can feel every spring digging into your body. Bathrooms are very old and had a constant musky/moldy smell lingering around the bathroom. Inside the room you can hear the whole conversation next door as if they are in your room. Hotel had great animation team and nightly entertainment was good. Food is very bland and boring and repetitive, whatever is left over from Dinner is being served next day as lunch. Don’t expect to see much of Spanish dishes a lot of Repetitive sea food. And burgers and pasta served almost everyday. Extra fees for WiFi (€6 per day per device) and safety box fee €5 per day.

This hotel is nicely situated, very close to a beautiful sandy beach as well close to a small village centre. What I really liked about this hotel is that every room has view on the sea where you can every morning observe a sun rise. Its approximately 55 minutes drive from Palma so you will be there in a snap. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, you can request late check-outs till 2 or 4pm by your departure.

Fint hotel, flot udsigt og strand

Hvis man vil have et rent, pænt og funktionelt hotel med pools, strand og All inclusive med middelmådig mad og drikke så er det er meget fint hotel til prisen. Dog lidt for meget larm om aftenen på hotellet og i nærområdet til en børnefamilie og for meget junkmad i snackbaren og sindssygt med plastikforbrug til drinks mm. Men sådan er det desværre nok bare med den type ferier. Men alt fungerer og det var godt.
