The property itself is nice, facilites fine. But checkin was a misery> the reservation I made through Expedia includes "breakfast for 2". However the Manager on Duty insisted breakfast was not included and needed to pay extra. After half an hour of negotiations and going to the Expedia web site and showing the Manager what is displayed regarding breakfast she relented. I had also requested a single King bed, option being two twins. At checkin the recpetionist confiimed that room had a King. On entering room with receptionist there were 3 twin beds! Having expended half an hour regarding breakfast and being late for next appointment i took room as is.

Managua hotel near Carretera Masaya.

Hotel seems new. Room was spacious and pleasant, though not as attractive as in internet photos. Previous guest left a mess in the room refrigerator, but staff member apologized and cleaned it out. Both beds had a loose leg and tilted when we sat on them - staff members fixed them as soon as we mentioned this. Good buffet breakfast facing a pretty garden. Hotel is near the highway to Masaya and far from the center, but is OK if you are heading to Granada. A staff member helped us flag a bus for Granada. I think the price is about $10 too high considering the location.
