Chose this hotel based on the profile picture. When I arrived early in the wee hours, most of the lights in the lobby were switched off (as if it had been closed), except for the front desk duty manager’s post. Corridors to the rooms were dimly lit or not switched on at all… quite strange for a hotel. Breakfast buffet is the same every morning. The TV in the room had very limited channels and no English based channels. Room amenities were not fully provided for and I had to ask for these the next day. Other than these, the staff were very courteous fortunately.

Ich fand die Unterkunft nur mittelmäßig. Das Personal ist nicht sehr auf Kundenfreundlichkeit eingestellt. Der Frühstückskoch schaut lieber Handyvideos an, als sich seiner Aufgabe zu widmen. Mein Zimmer wurde 3 Tage nicht gereinigt, kein Bett gemacht, kein Papierkorb geleert, kein Handtuch gewechselt. Hinter die Bad4ewanne läuft das Wasser und sammelt sich unter dem Handtuchhalter. In den Nachbarzimmern wurde nachts stundenlang laut telefoniert. das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr dürftig.

Overall OK but a bit smelly and noisy.

The Pros; good location, good Indian restaurant, large rooms, good value The Cons; my non-smoking room smelt horribly of cigarettes, as did the general lobby, the noise from the in-house Disco was intrusive, WiFi speed poor (1-2mbps).

Good value for money

No frills hotel. A lower-end 4-star facility with 3-star price. Swimming pool is unheated and you can feel sands under your feet; but water is not dirty. Towels provided, but no soap at pre-shower. Rooms are nice and big. However we had to call mechanic as AC was not cooling enough. Buffet BF restaurant was crowded with inadequate service. We had had to wait so long just for hot water (for tea) to be refilled. I may stay there again as long as high discount continues.

Comfortable and clean

If your intention is just to have a good place to stay and a good breakfast at an affordable price, this is it and has more to offer. The location is in the old town area with lots of local food outlets to have something to eat. A Value for money.
