"Such a wonderful safari resort for families. We stayed two nights and it was wonderful. Very clean and attentive staff. Food options were great and our child with a wheat allergy had plenty of options. My wife enjoyed the spa and the kids enjoyed the play area. We will definitely be back again and only stay at Serai."

"The property was very premium. Taj hospitality was at its best. We had booked Garden view cottage. The room was amazing and food was also great.
The only negative was that the swimming pool was not temperature controlled. But apart from that everything was amazing"

One thing they can improve is the welcoming part when guests arrive.. also please note the road to property around 500 metres is small and narrow, hardly a suv pass through.. otherwise all fine"
