"Nice Beach Nice Tiki Bar, Nice staff, Nice pool. Restaurant not so good so we ate off property all the time. The restaurant staff was not attentive as this becomes a problem when the 18% gratuity is already added to the bill. Overall the place is dated, but vey clean, with great staff, pool, bar, and beach. We will be back!"

"Very small room but immaculate, appeared to be essentially all new inside - surprisingly, refrigerator, microwave high end appliances. Comfortable bed but very small room. My biggest issue was no chair or table for computer use. No on-site staff. Remote check-in a pain, only lets you in at EXACTLY 4PM. Door lock battery was replaced, locking me out, required a call and getting a housekeeper to get me a real key. Limited parking - not enough spaces to accommodate full occupancy. Other than the two noted issues, property a good value."

"It’s not on the beach as implied in the ad, these photos are AI for sure! The tables were broken no one was there to clean or provide tp during our stay. The kitchen was unusable it was absolutely disgusting covered in foil and burn marks. No smoke detector broken table in the kitchen and living room the dang toilet seat wasn’t even attached… give me a break. The best part was the BANDAID holding the batteries inside of the door lock!"

"Beautiful property with well-appointed, comfortable rooms—exactly what you’d expect at this price point visually. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the cost. The hotel felt understaffed, which showed in multiple ways—from incorrect orders to slow or inconsistent service. The beach experience, in particular, fell short: difficulty securing seating and lackluster food and drink service made it feel far from the elevated experience you’d expect. I’ve had significantly better beach service at much lower-priced properties nearby. Overall, a stunning place, but the experience didn’t justify the premium price."

"Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve the issue bc space is tight, but it definitely impacted our ability to relax. I would not go back during prime spring break but shoot for a time when it’s not full. "

" ⸻ The hotel is a small, newly renovated property with beautiful décor and a welcoming atmosphere. We stayed in Room 416, which features two queen-size beds. The beds themselves were comfortable; however, the pillows had an unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall comfort. The shower experience was inconsistent, with very low water pressure and fluctuating temperatures. At times, the water would turn cold mid-shower, requiring a wait for it to heat up again, which caused delays in our schedule. The balcony is quite limited in space and only suitable for standing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and personable, contributing to a pleasant overall interaction. The beach access and pool area were enjoyable, although they may feel somewhat small on busier days. Dining was a mixed experience. Caretta Caretta restaurant was overpriced relative to the quality of the food, which was disappointing for both myself and my family. The beach food options were satisfactory. However, The Market stood out positively—the caramel cappuccino, lemon cake, and breakfast croissants were all excellent. Unfortunately, housekeeping did not meet expectations. The bathroom floors and toilet were not properly cleaned, and I had to address this myself. Surfaces such as the mirror and counter appeared to have been minimally wiped, and I was uncertain whether the pillowcases had been changed. The lobby area is quite small, and during rainy days, there are limited on-site activities "

"We had to wait for 2 hours to check in. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking day one , contacted the office but it never got fixed. Very nice location, great access to beach, clean and quiet. Definitely worth the price if you don’t mind few issues. "

"The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. A/C was excellent. Area, a little uncomforable but nothing happened so may be just me."
