"This place was nice and room was great with the pull out bed couch. Loved the full kitchen! I wish this had more then one washer and drier in the whole place and it would be nice if they could take card not just quarters. The quarter area broke down while i was putting laundry, the staff didnt know what the right key was and couldnt open it. I had to do laudry at the truck stop across the street. I would stay again but hope they add more laudry as lots of people are coming through. Also breakfast was okay."

"Room was dirty when we got there. Someone left their toe nails on the couch and some crumbs(?) all over the top of the freezer door. Didn't complain, relatively minor. Room was otherwise quite nice, very spacious. View was both great and awful. Payed a premium to upgrade our room to an upper floor, got the 3rd floor dead center above the restaurant. The roof of the restaurant is pretty ugly, loud, dirty, and we had the smells of cooking food coming into our room whenever the restaurant was open. Also had a strong cigar smell coming in from the guy on the ground floor. If you ignored the roof top, or held a camera just at the right spot, the view of the river and skyline were awesome. My husband thought about asking to switch rooms but the place was packed and it sounded like there were no rooms available, so we just dealt with it. Breakfast buffet was good to awesome everyday, depended on how early you got there and if some of the more popular stuff (yogurt, pastries) was still available. Staff were ok overall, front desk staff were efficient and as friendly as they could be, it was just very busy for them. I would say the facility overall could use a good deep clean, lots deferred maintenance around the facility, including the restaurant (ceiling/lighting could really use some sort of cleaning, it was bad). I would stay here again, price was ok, food was good, pillows were fluffy and plentiful. Location not always close to where we were headed each day, spent a lot on Uber."

"Water pressure in the apartment is low. During one of my showers, I have to wait for water for 10 minutes with soap on my hair as well as my body!"

"Was disappointed by the condition of the hall carpets; they need to be changed. My grandson tripped on a seam that was lifted. Also was not happy to see there was no coffee available throughout the day; most hotels have a coffee station for guests. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, but I believe they could have waited a bit longer to put things away, as there were a few people still eating when they closed everything down, including coffee, juice, etc. The pool could have been cleaner as well. Overall, the stay was okay, but I expect more from the Hyatt and will look around at other options before booking with Hyatt, as that is our usual go-to hotel."

"Very nice Hampton Inn. Great location in Fort Meyers! Pool is a little small, located in a shady area. Other then that: Clean and the staff was very nice!"

"This was a really nice stay. The staff was great, there was a great restaurant within walking distance and it was easy to get to. We’d stay again anytime we come back for Fort Myers"
