Quality Inn near Manatee Springs State Park
They have a $50 deposit in Addition to the room charge. We were told it wouldn’t be charged if room left ok but we were charged and it took a couple days to return it to us. Breakfast was kind of sparse. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Putnam Lodge Hotel and Spa
This was an old plantation home that has been renovated. It has a lot of charm and is well kept. Many of the old house details have been preserved. There are beautiful grounds and an event space.
