Search Bed and Breakfast in Manaus

"The "superior" room we stay at was smelling weird and we asked to change and they said they will change but later they said there was no "same level" room available and put us in a smaller room (not even half the size of the room we booked) but the lady at the counter apologized and gave us a complementary buffet dinner... although I think the price was not close to match, still, her attitude was commendable and we accepted. Rooms need to be maintained better otherwise this is an excellent choice to overnight or spend a few days in Manaus away of the hectic traffic of the city."

"We stayed here for a brief stopover in Manaus. The room was very clean and the staff kind and helpful. However the overall property is a little older and for example the pool area does not look like the same standard as the photos. Didnt get time to see the other amenities."

"They have a policy that they will not store luggage. People come to Manaus to explore the Amazon and need a place to store luggage to facilitate short trips into the jungle. The night staff was very rude and unhelpful, suggesting that we rent a hotel room for three nights to store luggage, which was ridiculous. I have never seen this happen at any other hotel I have stayed at. These women seemed totally unaware of the need to give good service in order to promote much-needed tourism in the area. I definitely don’t recommend this hotel for that reason. "
