"Upon check in, I was given an occupied and dirty room. When I reported it to the front desk, the employees didn’t even apologize, and begrudgingly gave me a new room. Then upon check out to take an Amazon River tour - three days away and then returning to the hotel for one night - we were told we could NOT store luggage there during our absence. They suggested that we book a room and pay the nightly rate to keep the luggage there. Ridiculous and very poor service. For a big hotel in a big city focused on tourism, I saw no effort from the front desk staff to accommodate and meet the needs of tourists. "

Quarto, lençóis velhos e com rasgos, com cheiro muito forte de mofo, o ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto e com cheiro estranho, banheiro a torneira pingando e chão sujo."
