"Very nice design inside the property. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The location is the best! It’s right in the center in front of the main plaza. It is surrounded by the best restaurants in the area! The breakfast at the hotel could be a little better. Other than that, great hotel for the price! "

"I have never given an online hotel review before but my experience here was outstanding. The hotel staff are really outstanding, especially the front desk and dining staff. So very gracious! There was a man who appeared to be "in charge" of the dining area (sorry I missed the name) who is a treasure! The lady in the small gift shop was a treat. We found the hotel to be very clean and well run. They were hosting a soccer team and the road crew of some big-time entertainers. They handled everything so well and we were not overwhelmed by the other large groups of guests. We ate the dining buffet for a breakfast, lunch, and two dinners as the hotel is not within easy walking distance to other restaurants. We were extremely pleased with the choices and the very high quality of the food. We looked forward to each of the meals we had in the hotel! BTW, we lost some items we needed earlier during our trip and a quick online delivery order from a local grocery store was an easy and cheap solution. Finally, while it's a bit of a distance from the historic center of town or a tour day on the river, it was the easy distance to the airport, which we wanted to maximize. I appreciated our location quite a bit for the logistics of our trip. The price. It was the only "deal" we thought we experienced in our whole three country visit to South America because the value of what we received was far and away above what we paid for the couple of nights at this hotel."

"I did the 4 day bus from Sao Paulo to Manaus and there was no question that this where I wanted to stay. I've stayed here before and love it. Great staff, great location, great price, elevators, great water pressure in the shower. I absolutely love staying here."

"Simple hotel but does the job. Nice size bedroom. In-room food is excellent and good price. Breakfast with tapioca and omeletes and everything else. There is a fancy big shopping mall one block away. And good restaurants around. Location is perfect in my opinion. You’re not downtown which I think is good and safer but you can go there in 15 min but taxi or uber. Staffing is very nice. I highly recommend this hotel. "
