"Fabulous service and warm welcome. Take advantage of the roof terrace when you go. Lovely additional (paid) service with the hotel Bentley to take you to your chosen location and stay rent for dinner. Our room was small but we weren’t in it that much. The wardrobe / mini bar has everything you need. "

"The bar and eating area above the bar as you enter was very unique. The extra areas made for sitting and eating was very cool. The upstairs bar/balcony was so beautiful! Everything about this hotel amazed us. The room we stayed in was a 2 story room with a balcony looking over the living room area. It was very awesome and had a rustic feel to it. We fell in love with every aspect of this hotel! It made our honeymoon the best."

"Hotel location was good for a short weekend in Manchester. Not much around the hotel but a short walk into the city centre. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff were great however breakfast was a little disappointing, very cramped area to get food and limited choice i.e. no sausage. "

"A very convenient stay. The hotel is modern, with friendly staff- especially Gary the concierge. Gary went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay and he ensured that all of our requests were taken care of. He is a BIG credit to the hotel. "

"Lovely apartment with everything needed, water and milk in fridge and even a couple of dishwasher tablets and laundry pods. Only down side was 2 double beds with no option of twins but happily provided more bedding for one of our teenagers to bunk on the sofa. So close to town and more than happy to hold our bags on arrival and departure. Actually turned up at 10 and said they would call when the room was ready and got a call in less than 5mins. Lovely spacious apartments woild definitely book...

"One of the towels was dirty. The lift was broken. There was junk outside the lift on every floor. Seems like a place for hen and stag events, and like bad behaviour is expected by staff from all patrons."
