"The location was fantastic, the breakfast very good, and the staff was great and very accommodating. The fridge, TV, microwave in the room were nice. I understand that the property is going through a face-left, which is needed. Some of the room (bathrrom) was not cleaned well but I'm pretty picky."

"Absolutely terrible experience—not worth the money. We booked a 4-night stay here but checked out a day early because it just wasn't worth the price. The room was in complete disrepair: none of the lights worked, the sink was broken, and the Wi-Fi was completely non-functional. To make matters worse, basic amenities were missing—no towels were provided, and the sheets were never changed. When I requested room service, front desk staff promised to notify housekeeping, but absolutely nothing was done. Save your money and look elsewhere."

"I booked my stay through Hotels.com and specifically requested a non-smoking room with a king-size bed, and I received confirmation of my reservation reflecting that request. Upon arrival, however, I was informed that I had been assigned an ADA-compliant room with a wheelchair-accessible shower and a queen-size bed. The front desk staff attempted to relocate me to a king-size room, but none were available. I was ultimately placed in a room with two queen beds on the first floor. While the front desk representative was apologetic and courteous, I was extremely disappointed with how my reservation was handled. I book through Hotels.com for every trip and have never experienced this issue before. Having paid a comparable rate for my original room, I should not have been downgraded in this manner. Needless to say, I will be reconsidering whether to stay at any of these properties in the future."

"The staff was welcoming and friendly. The property was very clean, my only problem(s) was the room smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. The other problem was the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom it’s not healthy. It was a good stay for what it was needed for a weekend stay to spend time with family. The breakfast was good and helped to get the day started. My husband and I would definitely stay again."
