Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
2/10 Terrible
"DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all, the pool is freezing cold and the hot tub is way over 104 degrees. When we went to take a shower, we found that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom. Went to use the hotel phone; it did not work. when we FINALLY got ahold of the front desk, they told us to use towels to clean up the mess and that we would have to get the towels ourself at the front desk. The breakfast was very small and they were running out of food an hour before breakfast closed and said they did not have anymore to put out. Would not recommended staying here, one of the worst hotels I’ve been to! "
"Parking was easy. Staff member Tony was great! Rooms are definitely in rough shape, hotel is in MAJOR need of upgrades. Neds are spring coils and our backs were aching for sure! Air conditioning worked in our room, no hair dryer. No coffee maker in room, some coffee in lobby with some packets of sweetener and that's all. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, unfortunately I'd not stay here again without major updates. However Tony was an amazing front desk guy! "
"Staff was very nice from check in to check out Had an excellent view of the stadium. Room was very clean amenities were nice. Loved the bar restaurant food was delicious. Will def stay again! Parking garage is a little expensive but well needed."
"The rooms were so clean and nice, the breakfast and happy hour menu was delicious, and I loved the fact you need your key card to get in and out of the parking lot and hotel at night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. "
"Maybe it was just a rough weekend for staff, I used to work for Hyatt regency as a senior captain for banquets so I’m very familiar with how Hyatt is ran. There were only a few staff members that were helpful, professional and respectful and that happen to be the gentleman that checked me in, valet staff were sweet, 2 ladies that checked me out and the sweet woman that took my order at Starbucks. Additionally there were 3 individuals that were absolutely rude when my guest stepped outside and did not have her key card, the gentleman that refused to help her was very rude to her when she tried buzzing the button to get help. The security guard additionally was very rude when monitoring floors. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always held Hyatt to the highest standards but those specific interactions was a little sour. Hotel was very clean though!"
